When access starts

Straight away. The moment the payment is confirmed, the paid features open in the same browser session. You do not wait for an email and you do not enter a key.

You also get a receipt by email. If the receipt is slow, your access is not. Access does not depend on the email arriving.

What you get

One year of the paid plan on your own account, from the day you pay.
Sending reporting periods to a supervisor for signature, as many as you need.
Board-form PDFs, the full export bundle and the proof pack.
Every record you have had signed, readable and downloadable.

Before you pay

New accounts get a 30-day full trial with no card. After that, logging hours stays free forever and your first signed reporting period is free. You only pay when you need the second one.

If something does not open

Sign out and sign in again first. If the paid features are still shut, email [email protected] with the date and time you paid. We fix it by hand and we do not ask you to pay twice.

Cancelling

There is no auto-renewal at the moment. Your plan simply ends after a year unless you pay again, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are on the refunds page.
