What HourSign models in Oregon.
Each number sits next to the rule it was checked against, with a link to the official source.
- The monthly supervision test for counseling and marriage and family therapy. If a calendar month misses the supervision minimum, the client hours logged in that month do not count. HourSign shows you which months are short, and how many minutes are at risk, while you can still fix it.
- Running totals per category against the Oregon rule set, with the rule and its citation shown next to every number.
- Oregon's rounding: time is rounded down to the tenth of an hour.
- For clinical social work, running totals plus the twice-a-month supervision meeting rule, and the agency-setting note.
What HourSign leaves to you.
The honest limits. Read these before you decide.
- Decide whether you are eligible for a license, or whether the board will accept a month. The board decides.
- Fill in or file board forms for you. An Oregon rule that took effect 9 June 2026 limits who may answer questions on board forms for counseling and MFT applicants.
- Confirm private-practice hours for clinical social work. Oregon requires agency work for that pathway, and HourSign only records what you enter.
Signing and export in Oregon.
The Oregon export is print-and-sign. The board's hours report says it must carry original signatures, so HourSign prints a clean record for your supervisor to sign by hand. HourSign makes no claim that an electronic signature is accepted in Oregon.
